Children Fare Better in U.S. Immigration Courts if They Have an Attorney

Commentary by Rafael Figueroa, Esq.:   With the recent news showing the humanitarian crisis of the unaccompanied minors reaching the United States boarder with Mexico, this article reveals the challenges these minors face once they are placed in removal proceedings in the United States Immigration Courts.  The same also confirms that the children fare better with the representation of an immigration attorney.
