Rafael Figueroa, Esq. has a large legal practice in bankruptcy, immigration and estate planning law, and has an extensive background in international, corporate, and real estate law.

Mr. Figueroa studied at the University of Pennsylvania and then received his law degree from Tulane University Law School with a concentration in European legal practice. He was awarded internships in France, Belgium, and Germany. Mr. Figueroa is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York.

Before opening his law office in 1999, Mr. Figueroa practiced corporate international law in Manhattan. He first was in-house counsel at an international telecommunications firm servicing the financial sector and later worked at a prestigious law firm focusing on international corporate law in Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Figueroa is a community activist having volunteered at several immigrant rights organizations in New Jersey and New York.

Born in El Salvador, Mr. Figueroa is an avid sportsman and outdoorsman.
